TERRITORY:
Tenuta di Montecorona has 13 hectares of olive groves, with Leccino, Frantoio, Moraiolo and Dolce Agogia varieties. Olives are handpicked and pressed near the farm in a selected oil mill as it guarantees an immediate pressing and a low temperature oil extraction, which is an essential condition to obtain high quality products. Tenute di Montecorona extra-virgin olive oil is clear, with an intense yellow colour and with light green notes.

TASTING NOTES:

The aroma is intense and complex , characterized by vegetable notes, with clear sensation of balsamic herbs and artichoke. It has well balance spicy bitter tones, characterized by sweet almod on the ending. It is excellent on row meat starter, vegetable suop, roasted porcini mushrooms and grilled red meat.
