Fattoria del Cerro, located in Acquaviva Montepulciano - Siena, extends over 600 hectares, 181 ​are vineyards​ and with its 93 hectares of Nobile di Montepulciano vineyards, is the largest private estate producing this amazing wine. The different expositions of the vineyards and the unique varieties of the soils donate us the possibilities to select the best grapes to craft high quality wines. Prugnolo Gentile, the grape behind Nobile di Montepulciano, is a clone of Sangiovese, typical of this area, which over the course of the centuries, has adapted itself to the local growing conditions.​

    1Territory

    Fattoria del Cerro is located in a strategic position: it’s close to art cities such as Florence and Siena; it is close to small medieval villages such as Montepulciano and Pienza and it’s also close to thermal sites such as Chianciano Terme.​

Located in Acquaviva, nestled in the gentle hills of Montepulciano(SI), Villa Grazianella display 11 rooms with 2 junior suites. All the rooms have a beautiful view on the Estate and each one of them is equipped with air conditioning, heating, TV, Wi-Fi and refrigerator. The interior design is made up of elegant tissues and accessories, and the original wood beams are still visible on the ceilings. Restaurant, conference room ideal ​for functions, meetings and weddings (over 60 people​), swimming-pool, as well as a wine shop ​with tasting room,​ are the amenities that Villa Grazianella can o​ffers to his guests. We will give a card to get a special offer  valid for wellness programs of ​the nearby and renowned Terme di Chianciano to all the guests w​ho book a stay in Villa Grazianella.​
