From Chianina meats to farmyard reared animals, to yellow Casentino eggs ideal for our desserts and for the production of our bronze-drawn fresh pasta, from vegetables according to seasonality up to our selection of Monte San Savino hams and the Val d'Orcia pecorino range.

The new restaurant menu, according to the prescription for Covid 19 emergency, is available in plasticized paper and also be visible in QR Code format.

Together with our offer of rooms in Villa Grazianella and Fontelellera apartments within our Estate we have also prepared our restaurant which is now ready to welcome our guests according to a corporate sanitization protocol of the environments that allows us to guarantee maximum safety for the health of our customers.​​
