The main structure of Tenuta di Monterufoli, called "Miniera", has been restored. In the dining room you can watch photos that trace the main stages of the history of the Monterufoli mine called the "Podernuovo".

The new modern LED lighting contrasts with the original arches that support the beamed ceiling and allows you to see the original entrance door of the trolleys that transported coal.

Finally on July 14th we opened our rooms, apartments and our restaurant managed by our chef Leonora. The dishes cooked with local ingredients are perfectly matched with our wines produced in Monterufoli. All the other Tenute del Cerro wines can also be found on the menu and in the Wine Shop.
