The menu of the Restaurant "La Miniera" at the Tenuta di Monterufoli is all about the celebration of Tuscan tradition, enriched by the creative touch of Chef Gabriele Rosini. The careful selection of local products and observance of the changing seasons are at the heart of our culinary philosophy. Ranging from homemade tagliolini with San Miniato truffles to pappardelle with wild boar sauce, or from crispy bites of salt cod in tempura on a pappa al pomodoro base to seafood dishes such as "cacciucco alla livornese", each proposal is a tribute to high-quality local ingredients. The menu, constantly evolving according to seasonal availability, also includes groundbreaking creations such as the “inverted” tiramisu and classic desserts like pistachio cheesecake.

Chef Gabriele Rosini is the beating heart of “La Miniera”. Born and raised in a small and picturesque village on the Tuscan coast, his cuisine reflects a profound connection with the sea and the land. Passionately committed to using local products and creating dishes that reflect seasonality, Chef Rosini has brought a breath of freshness and innovation to the restaurant. In addition to the main menu, he offers daily special dishes prepared exclusively with seasonal vegetables, allowing guests to fully experience the essence of the Tuscan territory.

Arriving from north

Highway exit “Cecina Nord”, take S.S. 68 for Volterra, at Km 16 road SP 18 follow for Canneto. After 14 Km turn left for Villetta di Monterufoli. After 2 km of unpaved road you arrive at the villetta.

Arriving from south
