History of wine

Saccr is a wine born from the union of native grapes cultivated in Montefalco with international grapes. Its taste profile aims to recall the style of local wines traditionally produced in the area, with evident but not overwhelming softness and a pleasant, fresh drinkability.

Vinification and maturation

Fermentation and maceration at  controlled temperature (22°-26° C) with daily pumping over. Following the racking, wine will proceed the ageing for 3 months.

Tasting notes

Fresh and fruity at the palate it shows ripe cherry notes with a long lasting finish. The tannins are smooth and elegants.
