Tasting Notes
Tenuta di Montecorona

At the Montecorona Estate we grow ancient hard and soft grains in a mix of varieties blended at sowing, including Verna, Sieve and Senatore Cappelli.
These exclusively stone-milled grains give us products with unique characteristics, flour and pasta with a lower gluten content, easier to digest, and high in fibre, vitamins and minerals.
Verna, Sieve, Senatore Cappelli.
Ancient grains give us two products with unique characteristics, flour and pasta with lower gluten content, easier to digest, high fibre content, vitamins and minerals.
The Tenuta di Montecorona, with its 2000 hectares of land, the beautiful Badia in the center, and the ancient Camaldolese Hermitage that dominates the entire valley, stands as one of the most important agricultural realities in its area.
