Manero Bianco di Toscana IGT

History of wine

Fresh and pleasant, perfect for any occasion, Manero Bianco is born from the union of white grapes that have always been cultivated in our vineyards. The fruity aromas, with notes of Golden apple, white plum, and green banana, are the calling card with which it presents itself in the glass, combined with an immediate drinkability and the right acidity.

Vinification and maturation

Grapes are softly pressed, fermentation at controlled temperature (14°-16° C). At the end of the alcoholic fermentation the wine is stored for 3 months.

Tasting notes

Fresh and pleasant for every occasion. This wine is straw-colored with pale green highlights. A soft fruity aroma with hints of golden apple, white plum and green banana.

Pairings

To serve in medium glasses at 10°, with seafood dishes, pasta with shellfish and also steamed or grilled white fish.

Fattoria del Cerro, located in Montepulciano (Acquaviva), in the province of Siena, extends over 600 hectares of property, of which 181 are vineyards. With its 93 hectares registered in the Vino Nobile register, it is the largest private producer of Vino Nobile di Montepulciano.
