Located in Acquaviva, nestled in the gentle hills of Montepulciano(SI), Villa Grazianella display 11 rooms with 2 junior suites. All the rooms have a beautiful view on the Estate and each one of them is equipped with air conditioning, heating, TV, Wi-Fi and refrigerator. The interior design is made up of elegant tissues and accessories, and the original wood beams are still visible on the ceilings. Restaurant, conference room ideal for functions, meetings and weddings (over 60 people​), swimming-pool, as well as a wine shop ​with tasting room,​ are the amenities that Villa Grazianella can offers to his guests.
NEWS 2020: we will give a card to get a special offer  valid for wellness programs of ​the nearby and renowned Terme di Chianciano to all the guests who book a stay in Villa Grazianella.
UPDATES COVID-19​:
We are constantly monitoring the updates of the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Italian Higher Institute of Health for the latest developments, in order to adopt the indicated safety protocols in our accomodation.  
When you book a stay with us, you can be sure that in order to guarantee maximum security, we have responsibly implemented the following measures:
  • rigorous sanitization of rooms, bars, restaurants, common areas and contact points (door handles, elevators, reception counters, common bathrooms, conference rooms, etc.)​
  • hand sanitizers positioned in the contact areas of the Guests
  • thermometers available at receptions to conduct body temperature checks on request
  • supply of medical masks and gloves for our Guests and collaborators on request
  • specialized training of our collaborators to ensure knowledge and compliance with hygiene and safety protocols
  • replacement of the breakfast buffet with breakfast in the room (on request)
  • alternatively breakfast to order served in the breakfast room with spaced tables
  • spacing of tables in the restaurant room
We think that flexibility is what you can appreciate in this moment of uncertainty and therefore we have decided to improve it again for your next reservations. If you have booked stays with arrival before May 30, 2020, you will be able to obtain a credit equal to the value of the usable reservation within one year, regardless of the booking channel used.
For all new reservations arriving in 2020, we will guarantee the widest flexibility on our best rates, allowing free cancellation up to the day before the arrival date, through the granting of a credit usable within a year equal to the value of the reservation.

Highway A1, Way Out Valdichiana- Bettolle (km 385), keep left for 5,7 km (Direction: Torrita di Siena. In town, turn left to Acquaviva-Chiusi, straight on SS326 for 8,4 km, through Abbadia and Gracciano (follow Montepulciano direction) until crossroads Nottola-Ospedale. Turn left on uphill road, to Acquaviva direction. Pass Acquaviva and follow Chiusi direction; after 2km pass 2 railroad crossing. After 1km there is Frazione Tre Berte, after a petrol pump you’ll find Argiano- S.Albino signs and Tenute del Cerro-Fattoria del Cerro. After 3,3 km you’ll find Fattoria del Cerro.

Highway A1, exit Chiusi-Chianciano (km 410),turn right at first cross, to Chiusi; after 3,5 km turn left to Acquaviva: straight on for 10,6 km, pass through Montallese and Tre Berte town. After Tre Berte, turn left (before petrol pump), follow Argiano- S.Albino signs and Tenute del Cerro- Fattoria del Cerro. Straight on for 3,3 km and at the end you’ll find Fattoria del Cerro; turn right for Cellar/Office Building.
